At Varus & Co Jewels, all our watches include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty cover?
- Defects in the quartz movement
- Failures in the crown or pushers
- Defects in the mineral or sapphire crystal
- Problems with the clasp or strap buckle
What does the warranty not cover?
- Damage from impacts or falls
- Scratches from normal wear and tear
- Water damage outside the indicated limits
- Unauthorized modifications
How to claim the warranty?
